1. The main purpose of this Law is to provide financial support to charity facilities provided for by the endowment fund (endowment capital) charitable program by investing money and (or) other assets of the endowment fund (endowment capital) and then using the investment income.

2. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) attracting additional funds for sustainable financial support of charity facilities provided for by the endowment fund's charitable program (endowment capital);

2) investment of assets of the endowment fund (endowment capital) in accordance with the investment declaration and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) providing charitable assistance to beneficiaries;

4) ensuring the openness and accountability of the endowment fund's activities, protecting the legitimate interests of depositors, and improving the level of financial literacy of citizens, including by providing access to information about the endowment fund's activities within the goals and objectives established by this Law.

This Law regulates public relations that arise during the creation, management and liquidation of endowment funds, the formation, replenishment, and dissolution of endowment funds (endowment funds) and the use of their investment income, and the trust management of assets of endowment funds (endowment funds).
